It's been a while!

Hello!
Been years since I last posted here, but I got a PM out of the blue and came for a look around out of curiosity... see the familiar names are still here - nice to see you all again!

I've been looking for websites for long hair styles but they're all rubbish. I want a nice casual, tied-up style that looks pretty but professional enough for work. I like to wear it in a long plait out of the way but I get little flyaway "devil horns" after a few hours, especially when the weather'...

Good to see you back and yes, everyone noticed, there was a thread lamenting the absence of you and a certain singing smiler... we were getting worried!

Sounds like everything is good, very glad to hear it! Hope you're enjoying the new house! :)

I guess they could have deleted from their outbox, as I would still have got the e-mail... that would make sense. I didn't know that worked.

Missing PM's

I got a load of e-mails the other day (about 5 or 6) saying "New Private Message has arrived" but when I logged on here I only had one PM.

Where did all my other PMs go? :(

Couldn't post on Sunday, but it's been 4 years since the September 11 attacks.
I can only imagine the horrors those plane passengers must have endured, when they were told to call their loved ones to say goodbye.
Never forgotten.

Not sure if it's changed now, but when I learned 6 years ago they taught me to look behind me, and rest my left arm on the passenger seat. NO! WRONG! Have a glance behind you first, but the only way you will know how far you are from the kerb or the next car is to use your mirrors properly (you shou...

Take the risk! If it's what you want to do and is a better job, do it and get the experience. Worst thing that can happen is that after 5 months they don't keep you on, and you have to go back to doing what you are doing now (which, if you're in recruitment, your experience will mean you'll have no ...
