I had a very similar problem (I developed agoraphobia) and I totally understand. Which tablets did your doctor give you? I've tried three types and I had very similar worries because it wasn't a physical thing I was coping with. Howver, I've been on my meds now for about 5months and they do make a d...

Stress can delay your period (well ovulation) as well as other things so I'd try not to worry. Dieting can affect periods but it's usually dramatic weight loss that does this so if you're concerned about pregnancy then I'd go to your GP and ask them to do a blood test. They can just do urine tests (...

I had mine out at 19 and it was an overnight stay (although I got readmitted because of complications - think this is fairly rare though).
I suffered for years with mine so i do think it depends on the PCT. However, even though it was a pain at the time it was definately worth it

When looking for breast lumps you're looking for ones under the skin. It's best to check them every month and after your period

Long distance relationships

I'm now in a long distance relationship with bf. After almost 4years of seeing each other everyday we now get to see each other about once every three weeks. This has been fine so far, I've missed him terribly but we speak about 4times everyday. We were supposed to be meeting up next weekend but som...

I agree that after three years you should love your bf whether he smokes or not. I can understand your point but is there no way you can compromise? Ask him to not smoke when you're around? Alot of people do give up for years and then start again, it's not that unusual. It is ultimately his choice w...

If the guy you're with knows then take the test (don't do the peeing in front of him) but then you can check the result together or if you are uncomfortable doing that and don't want to be alone then is there a family planning clinic near you? Don't stress and don't think the worst (you could just b...

Even if you were using something it could still have failed (sorry to sound pessimistic but if you're not stressing yourself out it is a possibility). Try not to be scared (easier said than done I know) but try get a friend (or better still bf) to be with you. If it's been a week since you were due ...

Whether he pulled out or not really doesn't matter, semen does 'leak out' before ejaculation.
I'd take a pregnancy test to be sure (try an early one like first response), you wouldn't necessarily feel any different yet.

PM me if you want to talk. Hope it turns out how you want hon

I'm really sorry you're still hurting over this. I really do think that he's treating you terribly, he breaks up with you but still expects you to 'wait' for him, he says not to pressure him but then wont give you straight answers etc... You know he's been texting this girl. It could all be perfectl...

Bf wears Dune by Christian Dior (and it smells wonderful :D - he has a few others but I really love that one so he wears that lol).

For me it has to be Dior Addict for an evening and Kenzo Flowers for the day
