Exams :(

Postby PurePurple » Wed May 21, 2008 8:54 pm

I am sooo stressed about my GCSE's right now.
I have my food technology exam tomorrow and we have to memorise 2 basic recipes for muffins and biscuits and I have about 3 double sided A3 sheets :o.
My skin is peeling and getting irritating cos i'm scared and stressed. I'm scared of failure and not getting into college and I want to do well but I don't have the energy :(

I know it might be too late to help with todays exams but get some Kalms tablets from chemist or big store like Tesco
They have really helped my daugher. She had really bad stress last year and had to ahve therapy and tablets from the doctor. She got herself in such a state she was being sick and got migraines.
So nip it in the bud now before it gets out of hand
The therapist told my daughter she should have worry time for half hour a day, she was only allowedd to worry about stuff in this half hour. If she started to worry other times she had to decide to leave it and think about it in worry time. Most of the time when she got to wory time she forgot most of the rubbish she was going to worry about.
