It's 3-4 years after completing your masters (so 5-6 years in total).

Apparently most other local authorities will absorb the costs for you though, so it's not as restricting as I thought.

Work are paying for my MSc. :D :D :D

That isn't so bad 3-4 years. Work paid for one girl to do her MSc and currently are paying for another lad - I don't know the terms and conditions, work also pay for college courses...I started my MSc before I joined work. It was 2 years part time; first year I was paid hourly so I got no bonus' second year they salaried me so I got paid for going to uni :) but it also meant I was free to leave as soon as I finished if I wanted to.
