and when not feeling like you're being constanly watched you will probably make less mistakes anyway
as you say others in your organisation make mistake you just don't go rubbing their nose in it

also if you were that bad surely your company would have fire you by now
it doesn't really matter whether your in a new or old job you can just as easily be fired
