Sorry that you're feeling rubbish at the moment. Horrible feeling, I know!
May help to talk to a friend or family member about it? Talking helps, or maybe writing it in a letter? And if you are ready to do so, maybe in time you could pass the letter on to him?
For now, read the PP ''Worst jokes on the planet'' I'm sure you'll have a giggle from that thread!
Also do things to take your mind of it all - shopping, cinema etc.
