you know when theres something you've wanted for a really long time and you thought that for the first time ever you might actually get what you wanted.but then someone else just walks in and takes it straight away.i just feel stupid for even thinking that it could of ever happened.i just think that if we talked about everything then mabye i would feel a little better and he would mabye know why it took so long for me to do something about it to begin with.i just find it hard to talk feelings.i didn't get the chance to say what i wanted to but now i guess it's too late.i was scared that if i said everything out loud that i would say something wrong or go on and on about something that would make him feel a little uncomfotable.i keep getting constant reminders of him everywhere i go which is hard on me.and i do want him to be happy and everything but i just don't want to feel like rubbish anymore.and the thing is that theres a big piece of information i'm missing that could of mabye helped me talk to him a whole lot better.but i guess that it dosen't matter anymore.someone please chear me up.

Sorry that you're feeling rubbish at the moment. Horrible feeling, I know!

May help to talk to a friend or family member about it? Talking helps, or maybe writing it in a letter? And if you are ready to do so, maybe in time you could pass the letter on to him?

For now, read the PP ''Worst jokes on the planet'' I'm sure you'll have a giggle from that thread!

Also do things to take your mind of it all - shopping, cinema etc.

It's difficult to know what to say as you have almost written in code and not given us proper details of what has happened.
I suppose reading between the lines you need to learn to go for it in future. There is always a risk in speaking out but at least you know you have tried and can then move on rather than being in a situation where you're just kicking yourself.
