Feel Good Music

Postby ConfusedPenguin » Mon Mar 06, 2006 6:33 pm

Whenever my mood just starts dipping, I find that these tend to do the trick:

Our Lives (The Calling)

Don't Stop Me Now (Queen)

Affirmation (Savage Garden)

and possibly any kind of novelty or cheesy tune!!

Another other recommedations?

Anything by M-People. Anything Latino. Mostly anything by Happy Mondays, particularly 'Kinky Afro' for if you really don't care about much anymore. Or 'Loose Fit'.

Anything by the Bee Gees, lots of Micheal Jackson, Basement Jaxx, Jamiroquai ('Canned Heat' is especially good). Try some traditional Irish/Celtic music, under the New Age section.

But if you feel all that stuff would be merely sugar-coating the problem rather than relating to it, then...

Get yourself some dreads and go metaller on everyone's ass.
