two staff out again today - it's getting ridiculous - i mean if you were head of a school and in the last 6 weeks all of your staff had been off - would it not tell you something about the working environment?

It's only Monday and i'm already knackered...

I really do applaud you for working in education, I seriously do. I know that I couldn't do it! Such a thankless job sometimes it seems :(

Thanks, I do like my job despite all this i wouldnot leave cos the kids have no one else... these are excluded kids who have pretty tough backgrounds and or home lives - i give out emotionally all day and being tired all the time does not put me at my best for them.

As bad as they can be, there are always lovely moments and sometimes i just have to hold on for those i guess... will keep ypu posted but thanks everyone for all your support and encouragement :D
