Kitten, that is brilliant! It can be so easy to get into depression yet so hard to come out of it. Well done again and keep up the good work =D>

After so many years of feeling hopeless, its great to be getting back to myself again.

Just want to let anyone suffering with depression that eventually you will get there.

I am still on the anti-depressants but one step at a time!

feeling the same at 19!

Postby boubsly » Thu Jun 01, 2006 6:54 pm

I am a young attractive girl of 19, and i am already feeling down! - I moved out of the family home when i was only 16 to be with my boyfriend in his flat and at the time its what i wanted, and still do think i made the right choice. But since we split and i moved back home things have slowly gone down hill. I want to be independant again and live my life without all the stresses of family life. I know i have my life in front of me, but i know what i want, but cant get it and thats the frustrating part.
