Hi

Your friend sounds like shes in quite a bad state. I'm sorry to hear that though but I know how it feels. Right now all she needs is support and all you can do is be there for her. Right now you feel helpless because you cannot get into contact with her but my advice would be that you could try writting her a letter and explain to her how you're there for her and that she can come through her bad situation. Also a few positive (inspiring) texts would also do her good. Maybe you could call her and speak for a while too?

When I felt like her, my best friend really came through for me. So my advice to you is to stand by her.

Redshift *hugs*

I know when you don't know what is happening, it is so easy for your imagination to run wild that all sorts of bad things are happening. Especially as you seem to be such a good friend who cares for her a lot.

Hoping that your fears are completely unfounded, and that she becomes happier soon.

Do you have her home number? Maybe try calling that and see if she answers or her relatives maybe. That should put your mind at ease.

Also, as asked before, can you not go and visit her? I think you said she lives a fair distance away, but it might be worth the trek. If you can't drive, maybe ask a relative/friend to drive you? Your friend maybe isolating herself and thats not a good thing to do.

Okay, as I said, do you have her landline number? That way if you don't speak to her you can atleast speak to a relative and casually ask how she is.

I will try her landline, but I don't have one for where she is at the moment.
