Oh xxPurplexx,

*Hugs to you* So sorry you are feeling down. Take some time to look after yourself, an have a nice bath, do something you love. Oh yes, and a hug from someone you love x

Is there anything in particular, or just having a low time? :(

Hope you feel a little better soon

xxx

if you hang around with happy people their happiness tends to be infectious get out and about and take your mind of your stresses but on the other hand don't bottle anything up, let it all out. xx

If your felling that down about work maybe you should quit. May not the same i quit my last job tesco by justing walking out on them one day(kinda fun at the time).Maybe you cant quit because you need the money. I f so you should think about doing some training courses. and for the sleeping i have the same problem some times beause i mucked up my sleeping patterns. It could as simple as staying up for that favorite programme of yours. Or might you need a new bed or room is too warm or cold

I know it a bit of an esay but i think if you find a better job and get better sleep you feel much bette. Even if you just improve your sleep pattern you might work a bit easier to deal with. :P
