most famales just stap side to side, bend their arms and click and step to the music, moving their heads in time. as long as you look like ya enjoying it and you have a bit of rhythem it will be fine :D

Here is a promise.. you will look more conspicuous NOT dancing, than dancing!!

I'm sure you are fine, no one really looks anyway. But if you do look at others, I'm sure you will find they are much the same as you!

Also, If in doubt copy what other people are doing!

Don't let it ruin your fun! :D

I used to feel like you but you have to remember that not one is worried about your dancing. You are the only one who feels self conscious about it.
Copying others is a good idea or just step side to side moving your arms and body about :lol:

yeah when your dancing at parties there is not usually a given routine.....you just stand there and wiggle to the music really lol you do what you like, what makes you feel comfortable when you are standing there.

to start with you will feel a bit nervous but once you do another dance after another slowly you will get less nervous and dance different moves you probably never thought you could!
