Jade Goody

Post by Weasley » Fri Feb 20, 2009 9:54 am

It's so terrible.
I lost my step auntie to a brain tumor back in 2006 (while I was on holiday in Turkey) and she left behind 2 daughters, my cousins.
It must be awful to lose your mother at such a young age...

Definatly. I've never been a fan of Jade Goody (I'm still not), but what a horrendous thing to deal with, especially being so young.
and I've got to applaud her for carrying on working throughout this, to ensure her kids have a secure future.

it is sooo sad
her poor boys
i just hope some good can come out of this, she has certainly raised awareness but i also hope it pricks peoples conscience and helps with donation as charities are really suffering at the moment due to the credit crunch

I was also never a big fan of jade either but this is awful. to die so young, and on mothers day =( I really feel for her family right now, and her children. poor jade.
Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere.

The only two certainties in life are death and getting taxed!

People all over the world are dealing with terminal cancer, weather it be themselves who have it, a friend or relative and none of them are being treated like Jade Goody. Where as I would never wish any ill on anyone it was just done into the ground then the day after she died her mother said 'we can now have privacy at last' Jade Goody had a public death-by choice. I wish her sons the best. And hope the very public death of Jade helps in the fight against all cancers.
