I hope you are feeling better soon Flynn; hopefully your bug will pass soon.

My weekend was ok; I got most of my christmas shopping done; I was just thinking that I'd almost finished my christmas shopping and then I remembered that my friends birthday was the very beginning of January so I need to get her birthday stuff as well.

You feeling any better yet Flynn?

My weekend was good, was great to see my friend on Saturday :) Hadn't seen her on a one-to-one basis in ages, probably years (the boyfriend's/husband's have been in tow the other times I've seen her). I am looking forward to next weekend already - think I wish my life away Mon-Friday (I stop wishing it away on Friday afternoon as soon as I have left the office 8-[ )

Got a few things planned e.g. meeting a friend on Sat, picking out some jewellery for my birthday etc. but I always look forward to the weekend as the time just drags Mon-Fri! :)

Does everyone agree that Monday - Friday should be the new "weekend" and Saturday and Sunday the new "Monday to Friday"?

We're just grabbing a coffee in the town where I grew up (about 10 miles from where I live now). It's lovely, I wish I still lived there everytime I go back.

My birthday is on 7th December, so not too long now. Can't believe I am going to be 25!

Sounds lovely, Ragdoll. I hope you have a nice time. :) Its always nice to take a look around the area you've grown up in - I think what makes those areas special are the memories you have had growing up there. :) Maybe one day you will be able to move back there.

Oh your birthday is 10 days before my mums. :D Aw 25, you're getting old ;) :P Just kidding. I think when my mum said to me back in june that im now 25 I replied with 'yep, half way to 50' haha.

Yeh, I hope I can move back there one day - will have to be earning a lot more before I could afford to though :(

25 is quarter of a century too - scary stuff! I should be very wise by now I think, haha :)

All in good time, Ragdoll. Rome wasnt built in a day. :) You're still a young'en so time is on your side to move back to where you grew up. :) Keep saving :D
