No, I can still hear it :( And I can be a very grumpy snail if I don't get my 8 hours sleep

Snail, the Law should state that everybody HAS to sleep at least 8 hours every night, preferably more. [-X

People who disturb their sleep should be beheaded (is that a teeny bit harsh...? 8-[ ).

And people who can't sleep should have extra rations of ice cream. Actually, I was awake at 4 this morning, by 5 I got myself a packet of crisps (non-frozen!!) and a book, and went back to sleep just in time to get up.

So Yay for grumpiness.

My neighbour works nights and he always gets home about 530 and starts shouting at his dog in the garden. it wakes me up every single day.

Haha, I've just noticed something incredibly ironic! We're all moaning about noise (quite rightly so) but the topic is called 'It's all so quiet...'

LOL, you're right!

Is stress making your rheumatoid arthritis worse at the moment, Bel ? :(

I sleep in earplugs, every night, just in case. I am incredibly sensitive to noise - and I value my sleep! :-$

Yes i hadn't realised stress makes it worse, the doctor told me yesterday. I am also about to start on my third lot of tablets due to side effects from the other two. Although none of them seemed to be making any difference anyway ](*,)

One of my neighbors (well, he lives down the road) has a cockeral that makes a horrible screaching noise around 5am. It sounds like it's on it's last legs, does not go down well with me...especially if I am on the 7am shift! GRRRRRRR!!!!! :x

I heard about this on the radio yesterday; it's nothing overly interesting but brilliant for conspiracy theorists...

God, I am so so so bored at work! I cannot believe it's only Tuesday, seriously, this week is dragging so much!

I've been keeping a mental note, and yesterday I did a total of three quarters of an hour work and today I've done about 20 minutes so far. What's the point in me being here?!

(sorry for the blatant moan!)
