I said that earlier . Also something to add is do you watch the TV in the dark or with a light on; if you lie down, watch say 30mins of TV, have it turn off and you are in the dark then you may be able to sleep quicker. If you have a light on then you'll faff on with a light waking you up more. Also if I watch the TV I make sure to watch it on one side of my bed and sleep on the other - if I stay on the "warm" side then I have trouble sleeping lol.
