I like Brandon for a boy but my Fiance's middle name is Cameron so we've kinda decided that when we have kids, if we have a boy it'll be Cameron. I don't mind though because it's a nice scottish name :)

For a girl we like the name Erin (also love the name Amelia but he's not as keen on that)

So one of those is the potential name for your new baby? :) Which ones does your partner prefer?

Was that aimed at me Ragdoll?
I'm not expecting, I don't want kids until I am at least 30!

The ones he agreed with were Owen and Emily although I think Luke is my favourite boys name up to now.

My friend is due any day now (was actually due on wednesday), she doesnt know what she's having, so she's not picked out a name, but I'm pushing for Ruth if it's a girl :p

i know this is weird for a British guy to say but i've always been kind of fond of the name René for a boy... i have no clue why, maybe i just like french or something. But for a girl my favourite has to be Caroline although i've met a girl who has a very different name i quite like; Mirabelle

I like all the old style names. I've always said my first of each gender I would name after my Mum and Dad in someway.

My daughters name is so complicated to explain lol. Her name is Angela-Grace, but we call her Grace. Ive loved the name Grace forever and thats what i wanted to call her. But Grace-Angela just doesnt sound right with our last name. So i opted for the more complicated version lol.

As for a boy, i've no idea which one I would pick if i was to have one. Either Eric, Jack or... Murdo-Lyons (It took me a long time to decide to post this name as it's my favourite and my cousins name is this and i adore him!) It's a Scotish name.

Murdo-lyons is really unusual, is it shortened at all? i'm not sure if i'm pronouncing it right, but i really love the lyons part.
I haven't a clue what i'd name children if i had any, i seriously struggled when it came to naming our dog...i don't think i'd go for anything too complicated though because most northern irish accents would absolutely butcher a nice exotic name...i babysit for my neighbours children and she has a son called Aaron (which is a lovely simple name i think) but everyone calls him 'iron'

I can't think of any girls names, but i like Lorcan for a boy.

Yeah, Murdo is short for Murdoch. Its pretty much said how it's spelt. And Lyons is pronounced Lions haha. Its my favourite name in the world!
