Open-y gift idea

Postby rufio89 » Tue Feb 07, 2012 10:31 am

Hiya,

It's my boyfriends birthday soon and he said he already had 'too much stuff', so I've booked a hotel in the Cotswolds for the weekend (looks lovely :) ). But, I just thought it would be nice if I could give him something to open. Does anyone have any ideas for this? My sisters boyfriend took her away and he got this little card thing made in a nice box with where they were going, which was nice, but I'm not paying for a little card when ive already forked out for the hotel, and I don't have the facility to do something myself.

Does anyone have any ideas? I've got a couple of weeks.

Hi Rufio,

I definatley think something to open is a lovely idea. It's just not an occasion without it!
Go to www.notonthehighstreet.com

This is my favourite website ever (besides PP of course!) It sells so many different things and most of it can be personalised.

Go to Glasgow at least once in your life and have a roll and square sliced sausage and a cup of tea. When you feel the tea coursing over your spice-singed tongue, you'll know what I mean when I say:

If you want something cheap then how about a jar of his favorite sweets.
Or if he doesn't know about the hotel get a pic off the internet and glue it to card so you make your own card.
Try Firebox.com for something unsual - they do some great food items.
Make a mini photo collage of you both and put it in a pound shop frame.
