No what he is trying to say is that in our daily life we categorise things in to groups. We do this subconciously and without anythought. This is stereotyping. You might not think it is but it is sterotyping in its basic form.

I know that I get steroetyped a lot. I'm a Canadian...and no we don't live in igloos or eat whale blubber, or race around on dogsleds...which we get constantly asked. It can be frustrating when people automatically assume things about you...but even though I receive it so often, I still know that I tend to do it sometimes...bad Llisa!

lol Misatok  Stereotyping is a big thing... if you go abroad and you are British you can get treated so differently!
When you reach for the stars, you may not quite get them, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either.

Just remember to keep smiling!

Hiya,

I know smile, like when I go to Greece, the Greeks are always so kind & nice towards us! Just because generations back we helped them out in war etc.. & they hate Italiens because they were slaughtered by them! :-? it's all in the past yet none of them forget & could never forgive.

Also, alot of the Germans I've come across seem to hate me! *wonders why on earth that could be* :P

Love & Peace,

MelodyLinn
