I think Deadman might have it. Got me thinking though. #-o

Hmm, I don't think so, because what does that explanation have to do with the term "norm"?

I have no idea though.

What is a 2D form of 3D norm?

well the way i look at it 2D form is something in the form of a 2 Dimensional object (e.g. drawing, picture)

the 3D norm part i took to mean norm as normal i.e. something that is normally in 3D form

Norm in mathmatical terms is jus normal in our terms. I wouldnt say deadman is right becaus ehis answer a contridiction in itself, There can be 2D drawings of 3D ob jects such as cube pictures but it would be considered 3D because a cube is 3D. If you draw a cube you are adding more dimensions thus making it 3D. Maths is gay. I think it is a 2D form because if you reverse what deadman says then well, theres no such thing as a 2D object in a 3D picture (if u get me) so i rekon its a 2D form.

ok just to clarify i would say the picture is 2 dimensional even though it is of a 3D object as it is not an actuall object, it is only a representation of a 3D object.

gotta disagree about maths being gay, mainly cause it was my best subject in school, i only wish i'd taken it further rather than what i did but hey no sense thinkin about what could have been.

come on hurry up and give us the actuall answer, i don't care if i'm right or wrong it's just been buggin me for 2 days now!

Put me out my misery please!
