It is by far the worst pain ever i have experienced! The needle wouldnt go all the way through the 1st time so he had to do it again.

On a male there is less skin there and it is really tough. Don't do it guys.

Did you have hard nipples while he did it? I thought it would be easier if the bud was soft, and then the skin would be easier to penetrate with a needle.

I still hope my boyfriend wants it done!

And besides, I thought the worst pain would be if you got a Prince Albert, or worse, got your scrote done!! lmao!

i have two piercings in each ear, but i cant wear anything in the holes for long because my ears get sore. the nail on my ring finger is pierced, i dont think people should get their young childrens ears pierced its not fair because they dont understand. I wasnt allowed to get any piercings until i was 16 and i am glad because it meant it was my responsibility.

Lesley-Anne, if you look to the first post, I tell you that I have had my tongue done recently. :)

It didn't hurt as they numb your tongue before they do the gruesome bit. They clamp it down gently (which you don't feel) and then they stick the needle in (which doesn't hurt as much as it would without the anaesthetic). It bleeds a little bit and then thats it. You're done.

When they numb your tongue, they spray anaesthetic on it. You have to curl the front of your tongue towards your throat. You're not allowed to swallow any of it though. It's quite dangerous stuff to swallow. It's very difficult to do as I almost swallowed the anaesthetic. :o

No, it doesn't hurt. It depends on the person really. Afterwards is a different question as you have this huge piece of metal in your mouth for a week. If your tongue swells, you are limited to certain foods e.g. soups. However, I was lucky as my tongue didn't swell all that much. They fit a large bar in your tongue for the purpose of swelling. It's to make room for however serious the swelling gets. If and when your tongue swells, you can take ibuprofen (an anti-inflammatory) or you can just eat plenty of cold things.

Remember, cold things bring the swelling down. Hot things bring the swelling back up!

I hope that I have been of some help. :)

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, you go back a week later for a smaller bar put in. By then the swelling, if you have any, should be completely gone. The smaller bar means you're able to eat and talk properly. :D I can't wait to have my smaller bar put in. I have to wait until Saturday.

ROLL ON SATURDAY!!! :p
