Are people forgetting that these people may have gotten surgery because of low self esteem?

If they want to do it then its up to them. Who are we to judge?

Oh yeah!

O dear, that was a mistake. She looked terrible. I can still see a picture of her in my head that was in the paper...not a pleasant sight.

I don't like plastic surgery however I can understand why people have it. If people feel awful about themselves wouldn't you want to do something about it? I would never have anything done but I agree with Misatok because I can see why people with low self esteem can have it done.

The low self esteem could be caused because of surgery anyway, because of the way THAT woman looks i should look like that. Surgery is the answear:p they think.

Yeah, but you need to look at the root cause of why they have surgery in the first place.
You will find that they were unhappy with certain aspects of their body and had surgery. When it didn't look right they go back and so on continues the cycle.

Well they have to realize that its their body and if they don't like it, they have to live with it. They have to learn to accept themselves. If you can't accept your own body, what the hell can you accept? It's obviously a self-esteem issue which must have been infoced in the early years of their life, which they have to deal with instead of running from it because some people are actually happy with their bodies.

The fact is that plastic surgery is still there to fill a need. If you can change your body to make you feel better then why not? The media shows us images of slim beautiful figures and people with lower self esteem feel inadequate. This causes them to change themselves. It's sad but true.

I don't care what you say I don't support cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery at all full stop. It's pointless, makes ya look uglier than before and its just a way of trying to make people what they're not because of society degrading not so good looking people.
