LOL Am still laughing over the images of Star Trek fans all dressed up fighting in the street like MS said ......

I used to watch it with my dad but i wouldn't call myself a fan. I dont think people who like it are sad at all, it is a good programme it just doesn't interest some people. I am a soap addict and some would call that sad.
Doesn't really matter what the eye is seeing
cos i'm in love with the inner being

If you like something and have fun doing it why be stereotyped. I love the X-files and hav met Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny, Mitch Pileggi and Nicholas lea. It's a good way for me to chill out relax and have fun with like minded people.
I like star trek but mainly watch it. Never been to a convention and don't speak Klingon.

I haven't watched an episode for a long time, but I still have a place for Star Trek. I was heavily into it at one point, used to collect the magazine issues every week! It's such a creative and imaginitive thing, even if you don't like the concept you have to appreciate the thought that has gone into it.

I really enjoy it.
You can sit and relax and take a step back from reality for a while.

The new film Nemisis is brilliant though i wanted the young picard to win, hehe.

I haven't seen 'Nemesis' yet. I saw 'Insurrection' on 1 January 1999.

star trek is good for its action but also its morale problems, its where i learned right form wrong.

do any of u believe in the star trek curse the one that says all odd numbered films are rubbish and all even numbered films are good

Well Star trek 2 was better
But I dont believe in that myth because the best ones are the first
Star wars
Back to the future 12 and 3 were good
Superman

So odds were just as good :)

It's an ironic thing really, since without a first there cannot be a second.

Uh oh, I'm in Matrix-prophesising mode lol.
