Christmas time Its here again
Will it be snow or will it be rain
Christmas eve then Christmas day
Lots of pressies then Boxing day

A time to be close
To the ones you love most
Seasons goodwill
A time to heal

Remember there is lots of suffering
While you are eating your turkey and stuffing
Help those that helped you
To show a light to come through

Christmas time
A star will shine
Its not just brandy and gin
But any room at the inn

That's really good depman. :D

Thanks irish rose.
When you reach for the stars, you may not quite get them, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either.

Just remember to keep smiling!

Christmas is here
Its that time of year
When we all get together
And are all sincere

Children being good
Not wanting to be bad
As santa will be coming
With his loaded sled

We're all hoping for snow
so we can make balls to throw
All are dressing up their trees
With their decorations and fairies

On christmas eve
Snuggled up in our beds
Dreaming of tomorrow
And the pressies we may get

So i wish you sweet dreams
And may you be happy
For chistmas is here
And its a time to share

MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL *xmaswindow*

The poll has now been added, and will run until the end of Christmas Eve. Therefore the favourite will be confirmed at 00:00 Christmas Day. Please do continue posting your poems in this topic, however you will not be part of the poll.

I know I've been away for a while but I'm back now and I have a poem...

Christmas is here again
It's time for presents and happiness
It's time for families and fun
And hopefully, no nastiness

Santa's getting ready
He's preparing his sleigh
Getting ready to deliver
On this magical Christmas Day

Every year it gets better
With all the controversy and hype
Remember when you're receiving presents
A dog is not just for Christmas, it's for life

But let's remember what Christmas is all about
The birth of our Beloved Jesus
So have a Merry Christmas everyone
And enjoy this special season

I took my best shot. Whatcha think, all?? :D

Ok, it seems we have 3 winners.

Fidel, Llisa and myself.
Everyone give yourselves a pat on the back because everyone that took part was a winner.

Well Done =D>
