Said it before, I'll say it again...it's the quality, not quantity of the posts that matters.

Apparently these are the Top Ten 'Youthspeak' Words of 2003.

1. What Up? Present incarnation of the ever popular: Wassup?

2. Give it up! Replaces the square: please applaud for…

3. Shut up! YouthSpeak for 'Really?'

4. Stog Cigarette, short for 'stogey'.

5. SNAG Sensitive New-Age Guy.

6. Hottie Object of affection, either personally or in the cultural milieu.

7. Poppins Perfect, as in 'Mary Poppins is perfect in every way.'

8. Tricked Out Souped-up.

9. Rice Rockets Tricked out Japanese compacts, as opposed to American 'muscle' cars.

10. Side Show Temporarily cordoning off a freeway to perform outrageous car stunts in tricked-out rice rockets.

#-o I haven't heard of half of these. Poppins? SNAG? Where an earth would you use that word? 'Oh look, there's a SNAG.'. Doesn't quite sound right. lol

The word "snag" is also the Australian word for a sausage
When all things in life seem blue,
And there's nothing you can do,
There is One you can turn to,
His name is Jesus, He loves you.

Don't look before you leap, you'll only decide to sit down.

I have heard quite a lot of them words Smile! We don't use many of them here and we never say SNAG we'd just say 'OH MY GOD, look at that buff boy across the road!'

I am always saying shut up meaning really though! Has any other teenage girl on this site been told the speak to fast because people keep saying it to me and my friends!
