or i just happen to know a smattering of Russian...........?

No, i had to use an online dictionary. Even if i could write Russian i don't think my keyboard will do cyrilic.

My only Russian is нет , and хороший вода (dobra voda?), and that is from my time in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Oh and by the way, the water was NOT good, it tasted like someone had rinsed their mouth and spat back into the bottle. But it was better than tap..........

You could get married at the top of the London Eye! Or if you're not too keen on heights then perhaps a cruise on a boat? I know that loads of boats on the Thames do wedding rides, especially in Central London. I remember seeing it on a board somewhere near the river. :)
When you reach for the stars, you may not quite get them, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either.

Just remember to keep smiling!

Is it true that you have to evaporate the tap water in wide-bowls overnight in Russia? I heard that from a friend who went on exchange there, but she stayed with a family out in the sticks near Siberia somewhere.

not keen on London to be honest. I'm thinking somewhere altogether more countrysidey. There's a villiage in Scotland that you have to hike 20 miles or take a boat to. It's not on an island, but a peninsula, and they never got round to making a road.....

Iona's pretty special, so there'd be nice, but i'm sure there are restrictions on non-holy ceremonies on the holy isle..............

My dream wedding is in one of the castles! It cost too much money to ship all my guests out there though... :(
Oh well...honeymoon at least! :D

The wait for that perfect someone may be long and painful, but the payoff lasts even longer, and is the most painless thing in the world.
