Old problem pages

Postby Nicki-claire » Wed Apr 21, 2004 7:56 pm

I was reading 'celebrate good times come on' and clickd on the link Enigma wrote from the webarchive of the old problem pages. I clickd on the very first one which they had from aug 16th 2000, on the website had four agony aunts and one agony uncle:Jo, Mary, Rick, Alison and Helen. I was just wondering if they are still members or modarators but have changed their names. I know Jo is the site owner but what happend to the others?

I have no idea about the other 3 but Jo is most definately still here. The other mods you referred to were never on when i was here.

LOL, reading your post really took me back! The way back machine actually doesn't go back quite far enough, the very very first version of ProblemPages from 1999 isn't there.

Jo, Mary, Rick, Alison and Helen are...

Jo = me, obviously!
Rick = my partner (we're still together!).
Helen = my sister.
Mary = my mum! (under a false name)
Alison = one of my best mates.

None of them are moderators now - they probably havn't even seen the site in years. Actually I know Helen has because she posted something a few months ago but the others haven't.

DonnaKennedy was one of the later agony aunts and then went onto help people in the forums when they were implemented. Now, DonnaKennedy is a member of the moderator team. She was one of the first when we started building up a team when the forums were becoming so popular for me to administrate all by myself!
