maybe a sponsered cycle. get one of your mates to go with you for support. you could cycle for a long distance without getting tired but make sure you take plenty of liquid and food and rap up. with it being a cycle too you can stop off for little breaks ect.

Could you get your local community involved? Maybe see if you can hold a raffle (you should be able to get raffle prizes from kind family/neighbours) or how about a quiz night? If you do another sponsored event you could always up people's donations by going to www.justgiving.com
