pill advice

hi all
not quite sure were to post this
any way i was just wandering when is the best time to take the pill i usally take it in the morning but sometimes i forget to take it then im faced with all problems. if i was to change the time would it cause any problems any advice will be appeicated

Try and put your pill packet somewhere you know you will see it, like by your toothbrush so when you brush in the morning you will see them. I keep mine by the kettle so when I have my morning cuppa I see the packet and take it. :D

I agree with looly-pop I was on the pill for years but luckly I didnt forget to take any.....

I would put them near my keys, purse and phone so I would not forget.

You can also buy those weekly pill box so you'll know if you have forgotten to take it..

I do how ever forget to take my thyroid tablets all the time my memory is not as it was...

You could also set a reminder on your mobile phone that beeps at you at the same time every day.

I put mine either in my make up bag or in my toothbrush holder by the sink, and I never forget!
