Hiya. I need exercising tips to shape and tone my body please! Especially my legs. They are really wobbly & my thighs are B-I-G. Also, any more tip to flaten my tummy & tone it please..? I welcome all tips on how to tone/flatten/shape my bod & thank you hugely for all replies!

For tummy toning try ab crunches. I have posted this elsewhere but here they are again.

Lie flat on your back with your legs up in the air and bent at 90degrees.
Place your fingers on your temples and lift with your stomach
(dont use your arms it's cheating and wont help)
Lift your head and back SLOWLY off the floor, you should feel it.
Slowly drop back down again.
Do this 10 times and after a while increase them if it becomes too easy.

Doing short sprints will help tone your legs but the gym is the best way of toning them.

To tone your bottom.

When your sitting or laying done clench your bum cheek muscles tight together hold for the count of ten then realise, do it as often as you want and it deffinatley helps.
Also lay on the floor on your side with your arm streched out and lift you leg in the air bring it down then up again 20 times to start with.
when you lower your leg dont bring it right down so it touches the floor.
do this on both legs.

This is something that I've discovered myself. If you want firm buttocks the best thing to do is use them whilst walking :) If you lengthen your stride and try to walk fast they are used much more. Pretty soon you'll have a lovely firm bum :)
