hi,
i not really sure wot to so gest.
i read some about that in article a week ago.
it to do with your muscles,
it can be due to things you have read, the way you have been treated, or no reason at all.
it said some thing about relaxing method, like joga and stuff along those lines should help.
it probably nothing to worry about,
your body may be nervous, even if your mind is not.
about trying new stuff.

That's actually been on my mind as well. I've not had sex with my boyfriend yet, but I've been thinking that when I eventually will, the muscles will be too tight, despite all the kissing and stuff beforehand, and it'll hurt like hell, because there's a significant difference between the ahem... 'diameter of my vaginal area' and his penis. In other words, he's way bigger than me lol and my first time with him would be a struggle. I'd feel nervous and so my muscles would tighten.

Be wary of vaseline as it corredes rubber. You will be better off with KY jelly as this is safe to use with condoms.

You need to relax and not worry about it

It says on a couple of sites I've visted that sensual foreplay helps to relax the muscles and lubricate the vaginal area so it's a lot easier for a man to penetrate a woman. If this doesn't work, perhaps you should try some KY Jelly as kitten said, and it's available from most pharmacy stores like Boots and Superdrug. If that isn't enough, invest in some extra lubricated condoms. Durex make them along with a couple of other companies. Make sure you don't have any doubts whatsoever with having sex with your guy: this could also be a reason why the problem persists.

but my current bf is really nice and understanding about every thing.
he the nicest guy i have met.
i not even nervous,
