two questions (beauty/ fitness/holiday related)

Postby innocent » Fri Mar 27, 2009 1:10 am

just 2 small questions/ problems

1) i'm very petite, 19years old, 5 foot 1, 7.5 stone.
i'm not really in proportion..not really curvy, no boobs, no bum and i have a flabby tummy.
i'm going on holiday in june and want to lose it.

what can i do to lose the tummy without losing the little i have from other places?

2) can anyone recommend a foundation that is good to use on holiday?

i usually use a cream compact but i know on holiday it'l just melt off my face.

i was thinking either a mineral powder foundation that i can apply over sunblock lotion and will reduce shine, has anybody used this?

or

tinted moisturiser?

can't help with foundation as I never wear it but i have heard that using that dove moisuriser a week before and during your holiday is a better way to go as it lightly tans your face so you don't need foundation, as you say can be messy in the heat

As for the belly do crunchies or sit ups. Build up each day from 10. Try to get to 30+ and you should see a difference well before June. Alternatively wear the short style bottoms with your bikini to cover it up a bit. Just pull them them when your laying down so you still get a tan

I agree with evrything Bel Bel said, infact, she said it before i did lol.

I find Foundation pointless on holiday. It either melts of my face, stops my face getting abit of colour during the day, or it comes off in the pool or sea. I've stopped wearing in during the day on holiday now. No-one even notices. I wear it on the night the first couple of nights untill i've got some colour in my cheeks. Then i dont bother.
I didnt even take any with me when i last went. My Mum thought i had been abducted my Aliens and that the Alien LemonJuice didnt realise that i wore makeup every day lmao.

Sit ups work. I shall tell you how i do mine and it makes it sooooo much more fun!!

Mr. LemonJuice picks me up and i wrap my legs around him and lock them round his back. I have to make sure they are tightly locked. He then lowers himself and me so that my bum is resting on his knee's abit. Then he stand up stright and i have to do sits ups. I have to lift my body all the way up, and when i get there i get a kiss lol. Before you know it you've 30. Lol.
You can do it with anyone, just as long as you trust them not to drop you lol.
You know you're a mum when the thought of food shopping alone becomes exciting.

When you and your significant other are having an argument, just take all of your clothes off during the spat and stand there. Something is bound to happen!! =]
