I'm weak..

I'm really weak. :oops:
I know I'm not gonne be like super strong but I was wondering how would I get stronger?
Not like massive muscles :rofl: ... Just stronger.
Any Ideas will be gratefully received :D

Go to the gym; do weights etc?

Hi Katie,

My advice would be to eat really healthy and at set times of the day. To be strong doesnt nesscessarily mean big muscles, its all about core strength.
Core strength is the balanced development of muscles (not the surface muscles but the deep internal muscles) that stabilize and align your body, it is described as the centre of power for your body.
You can build up your core strength by doing activiies like yoga or Pilates (pilates is a very efficient way of building it up).
im not sure of your age, butif you are quite young just start off with small amoutns of exercise as your body is still developing.
there are loads of sites if you google core strength which would give you more detailed advice.

If you are doing weights then do about 10 bicep curls (this will increase mass)
Then 15 later in the day as this will billed tone and strength

Make sure you are eating plenty of protein and get plenty of exercise. If theres a particular spoy you need to work on the concentrate on that but dont forget opposing muscle groups. Also, get angry. I know it sounds silly, but when I worked out, I used to listen to heavy metal to get the adrenaline pumping. It really did work!
