Breast Pain

Postby Gina2520 » Tue Jun 30, 2009 9:10 am

Hi all,

Just need some advice on breast pain.

I have had sore boobs for a couple of days now and its driving me mad.

I have already had my period over a week ago so it cant be to do with that.

Has anyone else had this before?
Is it normal?

Any comments will be appricated as i am getting a bit worried about it.

Thanks

It could be to do with your period. If they've been played with harder/more than usual, if you've done any extra sports/activities to usual.

If you are worried you should make an appointment to go and see your doctor and question it now, rather than waiting months (if the pain continues).

I can agree with BelBel on the still getting your period while Pregnant. Very confusing i must say lol.

Going to the docs if your really concerned would be the best idea. You can always ask to see a female doctor if your usual doctor is Male.
You know you're a mum when the thought of food shopping alone becomes exciting.

When you and your significant other are having an argument, just take all of your clothes off during the spat and stand there. Something is bound to happen!! =]

Although its unlikely, you could be pregnant,I had 5 months of periods when i was.
If it was over a week ago when you had your period, then you could be ovulating, which could cause symptoms (i get cramp).Could you have not pulled a muscle doing excersize?wait a few days to see if it goes, check for lumps as well, and if you happen to be ill,you can have swollen glands around the breast/armpit just like on the neck.

Thanks for replies.

My first thought was that i was pregnant, i have been feeling very unwell. Feeling sick, dizzy, sore boobs, feeling bloated, etc.

I took a pregnancy test today and it came back saying not pregnant.

I will try and get an appointment to see my doctor.

Thanks again for the replies.
