Stress Fracture

Postby Josie » Sat Mar 27, 2010 2:48 pm

The doctor thinks I have a stress fracture. (I hurt my ankle running.) I was wearing the wrong shoes and probably pushing myself a bit too much, but also I was told in my teens that I had early osteoporosis due to anorexia (they did a bone density scan); could this have contributed to me getting a stress fracture? Anyone had one before? How long does it take to heal? Thanks for any advice.

I cant answer any of your questions but at a guess I guess it would be possible for it to be linked, however the best person to ask would be your doctor.
Remember how the runway lights looked one night long ago when you were lost and found your way, and how-you still dont know?
