Thrush

Postby bethd_15 » Tue Jul 12, 2011 3:46 pm

I had mild thrush about two weeks ago and I used cream for about a week; the itching stopped and I thought it had cleared up so I stopped using it. There was never really any discharge. But ever since I stopped using it, there's been a bit of discharge now and again and at odd times, it can itch. I don't want to go back to the doctors for no reason but is there anything I can do at home for example or keep using the cream to make it go? Also, if my boyfriend licked me out, could he catch the thrush, even though it isn't bad?

I don't think your boyfriend would catch it but I'm not certain of the answer. Why don't you go to NHS Direct? There's a link at the top of this section.
