Thank you for telling us how you did it, PEJ. How did you cope with feeling hungry, or did you manage to avoid that? And what did you do about 'comfort' eating, when you wanted/needed a treat or cheering up? Did you do any exercise as part of the plan?

PEJ has got the right attitude, be determined and strict and you will loose weight, although it is easier if you are busy.
My youngest daughter at 36 and just had baby No 3 having put on lots maybe weighing 13 stone, cut out all cakes and alcohol, no chocs, just smaller portions of normal food. She breast fed for 7 months and went jogging with baby in the pushchair, her goal was to run a marathon, she did too about 12 months after baby was born.

Her memorable comment was " Now I'm a yummy mummy"
