Does anyone on here ever have doubts about their partners fidelity. How do you cope with your negative thought processes and how do you keep believing that you are the only one your partner truly loves, before, now and in the future.....

Is this question related to your other thread here Roughgems? If so, it might be better to continue that thread, as there is a lot of information in it which will undoubtedly be relevant.

Dependant a bit on circumstances, but as a general rule of thumb, try to make quite certain you`re excellent at it, that`s at empathy and compassion (requires a lot of intent listening), romantic gests, being a best friend, and indeed, in bed. Do n`t become big headed, but you should feel totally fulfilled. Should she stray it`s then entirely outside of your control. She cannot better you, only think that she can. There is nothing then that should concern you save to pity her. That`s my advice to you. Are you afflicted by a state of long term mistrust.. Be the best, and you`ll hold yourself to account for nothing. For it`s one thing to lose somebody but quite another when deep down you know that you are at least in part to blame.
