There's no one around and I think it'll be too late for them to respond to me. I think maybe I will call Amicus or something when I get home.

I feel so drained. Just want it to be over.

I got a final written warning. I got told off for a load of stupid things which they decided not to use as part of my disciplinary in the end cos I disputed some bits. I'll be put on a performance improvement plan.

So now, I'm just gonna keep my head down and start really looking for a new job. I don't want to work for this company anymore.

Thanks guys, for all your help and support. xxx

Phew! That doesn't sound too bad in the end, Whoopsie. Can you give us any more details at any point?

I dont think any of us would blame you whoopsie. How are your non-mangement colleagues behaving towards you?

I don't think many people here know, but the office gossip does so I'm sure more people will soon.

I am exhausted guys. I wish I could go home and sleep!! At least it's over with now and I can try to forget about it an concentrate on finding another job.

If you still need help I reccomend Unison(just google them). Please remember you do NOT have to talk to anyone senior without a union rep or trusted friend. If they give you short notice for a meeting in the future I reccomend writing them a letter explaining that you require extra time to ensure that you have a union rep with you to attend the meeting, make sure you keep a copy of the letter.

If you dont want a union rep that take a trusted friend and request that they take notes. Rember if your employer has issues with your performance they have to give you time to correct it and further training. They cant just sack you.

I also adivse that you keep a diary documenting any activity/events that made you feel distressed .

Good luck

Please let us know how you got on.
