self harming friend

self harming friend

i have noticed my friend has started to have scars on his wrists he says it is from his job and everyone seems to believe him but me. they dont look like accidental cuts they seem forced. How do i comfront him about this

Your friend really is doing well to have a friend such as yourself. :)
It's good that you care so much about your friend.

Self harming can be used as a way of getting "relief" from the various
problems in life.

Perhaps your friend has a job that has a lot of stress attached to it.
Some people,to release this stress,would (for example) use prayer,
(but instead,your friend has chosen this way. :( )

Try to talk to your friend in a way that is friendly. I'm sure your friend would be glad of a "listening ear" :)

Yes i have to say i totally agree. Your such a good friend for worrying!!
Does your other friends no what you believe or not. Try talking to him about it but definately not in a patronising way just sayyour worried about him and if he is self harming say you'll be there for him.
