I'm not really a big fan of tattoos. I've seen the odd one or two that I like, but on the whole I don't really like them.

I think they're a bit too permanent for me... I'm a bit like Jo in the sense that I'd probably change my mind once I'd had one.

I have love and happiness on my back in chinese lettering. Looks good as the artist who did it made it look like it has been painted on.

tattoos

Postby Beckyt » Mon Aug 25, 2003 7:14 pm

Hi without causing offence I must say that I don't like the look of tattoos on women even though my sister has a very well drawn dragon on her back. I wouldn't have one though because I keep thinking what would it look like on an old person.
On men howver, so long as its tasteful and not all over arms etc and they're not bald with big beer bellies I think tattoos can be quite sexy so long as they are subtle.
I don't like tattoos with people's names on them however sentimental they are.

Sorry if this offends anyone just giving my opinion
Don't worry be happy!!!

I have a tatto of an angel which is the symbol for the baby I lost on my right shoulder,

And I have a picture of my daughter on my right breast so it is close to my heart!
If I don't care about myself, who else will?

I really like tatoos (but i don't like it when people get loads of them all over their body - i think thats a bit over the top).

I'm gettin a small ghecko on my back soon, it'll be my first and only one though - the process sounds a bit too painful to do more than once.

I went to Blackpool when I was really young and I bumped into a lady who was "wearing" a multi-colour "suit".
I turned and said sorry and that was when I relized she was walking around naked on the beach.
It wasn't a suit she was covered in tattos.
Every inch of her.
That was enough to put me of for life.
