It's nice to get to know why you took your usernames :D

I took Sakura Hime because I love cherry blossoms and Sakura is the Japaneese word.
And Hime because almost all my online friends call me *name*-hime

Um... Maria's my name, but I thought that I would repeat myself in case you didn't get it the first time around.

Or, you could say that it came from that Santana song, Maria Maria.

After the site downtime in December 2004, some users rejoined with a new name and put "previously ______" in their signature for a little while to let everyone know.

Mines is just the song I was listening to when I joined up, which is pretty uninspired! I didn't want to use my regular username for the sake of anonymity and the song was kind of appropriate to how I was feeling. Not very exciting though!

I picked Squeak because it's the name of my beloved dog! It wasn't her real name; as she was called Kia when we picked her up from Battersea, but Squeak suits her so much better!

Mine is a bit like all-apologies in that it is from a song.

It is a bit silly! There is a song I love at the moment called Reina del Caribe and in the chorus it goes 'aye aii aaaaaaiiii'
and I couldn't think of anything else, and I quite like the way that ayeaii looks written down, I am not very sure why!

Why did you choose Purple, Little Emo, Popcorn??? Why aren't you happy with these names?? What is it that you're really interested in?? Your name has to be simple so people can remember it, but also reflect who you are. :P
