These messages tend to pop up from time to time and also tend to disappear of their own accord. They're not preventing your posts from being submitted, so just ignore them for now.

This happens from time to time if the board tries to send a notification email but can't. Now and again the email account I use for this goes belly up and needs to be sorted out again. Should be fine now!

Again, just to reiterate what has been said here, we are aware of the current problem with error messages. The site admin is working on a solution and we advise you just to ignore the messages for now as your posts are still being submitted.
