How Did You Find Us?

How did you come across ProblemPages.co.uk,
and why did you join the forums?

A friend was in a predicament and wanted advice. He had posted his problem here. I joined, answered, and stayed. At the time I joined the membership of the forums was about 300, with very people actually posting. I could see that for those few people the site was helping them, so I thought I would stick around. It looks like the word got out on this place...

I can't remember how I found the forums but I remember looking at the e-mail answers and questions beforehand. I joined because I wanted advice on what to do in the situation I had got myself in. I then realised that I was not the only one who needed advice so I stuck around to help out a little really.

I was looking for a site which could disscuss problems and get feedback to help me.
Actually I searched for a keyword " Agony Aunt"
And came across these pages. Which offered helpful advice, friendly banter, and a sense of being(Kind of) a family, or a large group of friends.
Never looked back since.... :)

I'd just had a breakup and wanted to talk to someone about it. I think I just typed in 'problempages, and up it popped!!

As well as helping me out, it also showed me how minor my problem was in comparison to what a lot of other people go through...

I found Problempages the same way as Cat Queen did, just typed in Agony Aunt on Ask Jeeves, and problempages was the first one on the search engine.

I joined because I had a problem, and felt I couldn't talk about it to anyone really close to me, so chose to express my feelings on here to you lovely guys!

was going thru a really hard time when i joined up. really needed advice and had only confided in one person who could only advise me so much. really needed other points of view and perspectives and i certainly got that.

think i will always dip in as i enjoy being able to share experiences and help others. it also makes you feel like you're not the only one in a sense and stops you from feeling so alone...............

Wow,
I really feel out of the loop. :-?
I came across this because I was looking for information on the history of bagpipe music! Don't ask me how I got here...but I did.
Thought I could be of service to some people, and hopefully I have been, and will continue to be!

I had a problem that I couldn't really talk to my parents about because they were part of it and I couldn't talk to my friends because they were biased, so I put in "problempages.co.uk" just to see if anything would pop up and this did! :rainbow:

I think, like many others, I found this page by typing in problems into a search engine because I was having a hard time, like many people on here have already said. I've found it very helpful and when I'm up for it, I give advice aswell. :D
