it could be but if you really like each other and set some ground rules from the start, assuming your friend is ok about it
i.e
no involving your friend in any disagreements at all
your friendship must not suffer and you should still have time out as girls
if it didn't work out you would both need to be really mature about still seeing each other for the friends sake

I agree with Bel Bel too. Think it could get messy if you broke up though, especially if it was on bad terms. You could ultimately lose your friend, though that obviously depends on the circumstances, how close you are to her and how close she is to her brother!

I have spoken about him before on this forum, we used to go out for a while but it fizzled out, however recently he's been in touch with me saying he wants us to be together (at christmas he even told me he wanted us to have kids). the problem is that my friend and i are very close, and she is very close to her brother. i started to develop feelings for him years ago (and he says the same), when their dad died due to hospital negligence, my friend had a nervous breakdown and ended up in hospital for 8 months. i was going to the hospital with him very day and then the two of us would go for a drink or something to eat to wind down, so we got to be very good friends, and started dating a few years later.

I've been living away so i tried to forget about him but i just can't. my friend was ok with us dating but i'm worried that our relationship would get in the way of the brother and sister, and maybe even of our friendship. I think we're both mature enough that if we did end things then we'd be civil to each other for A's sake, but then who knows lol....

it just seems too complicated... is it worth it? i'm definitely in love with him, and i don't think this will go away, am i crazy for risking my friendship?

Oooo, Spacegirl, if this is the same guy as in your thread entitled "Weird", think hard about this. I didn't like the sound of him.

I think it is snail (http://problempages.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14880&p=164786#p164786) hopefully my link will work to the original thread.

If it is the same guy then IF you do get back together it seems like he'll be dominating and maybe trying to "accidentally" get you pregnant so that he's technically stuck with you for life.

because my work system computer operates in caps and i am a multitasker so i flick between that and problem pages or email etc. It is soooo frustrating especially when you have typed half and e mail and then look up and realise ](*,)

also you may notice i have a lot of spelling errors but thats just becasue i do everything at 100mph, if they are still readable i tend to leave them

This is a bit off-topic but Bel Bel's spelling mistakes/typing errors are one of my favourite things about PP. They often make me laugh out loud. I think once she told a poster to remember that they were just a 'hummin being' and I kept thinking of someone who really smelt! I wanted to start a thread of Bel Bel's funniest spelling mistakes, but I thought it might seem like we were making fun of her.

I've got resigned to being called 'Sanil' every time Bel Bel refers to me, and now I like it :bounce:

Keep up the good work Bel Bel. We love you *grinningheart*

Aww, Bel Bel, it's just because you are trying to help lots of people with limited time. That's why it's so nice. O:)
