Sleep

Postby Skarlet » Wed Nov 11, 2009 5:41 am

I know there is a thread about how much sleep you need, but this is my rant because I can't sleep. At the moment thats because my bf has flu, and he keeps coughing and spluttering which wakes me up... normally its my own fault I can't sleep, and now I feel like I could do with a week off, just to catch up with sleep. unfortunately thats not possible.. ](*,)

Can you not sleep in another room?

Could be that you're running a temperature, Captain.

Skarlet just try to remember it is a temporary problem and will soon be over
Hope you get some better sleep tonight

Captain your core temp could be up and not showing on the outside. I would check it to be sure. Make sure you're not overdosing on the medicine either. It could well be medicine giving you the funny dreams, especially the stromnger night time ones

Its a cough syrup that I got from asda. I only take it about 3 times a day - would that be regarded as over doing it?
Thanks for the info regarding core temperature. I'll have to look into that.

Sounds reasonable captain, however are you taking recomended dose as per bottle
If yes then maybe it's just a symptom of the illness
