I think your mum is right it would be good to stay with him once he is home
You are coping with a lot emotionally right now so make sure you look after yourself

He phoned today from hospital. They dont know what caused it. They have been giving him tests all week and they dont know anything. Today he sounded very tired and run down (which is usual for my dad) but he said hes going home tomorrow. :-?
I said i'd come stay with him soon but he seemed pretty sure he doesnt want me to.

Yeah, lots of stress for 2010 haha.

When parents say they don't want you to i think its because they feel like they are supposed to be looking after their young and not the other way round. May be a pride issue, either way at least you are showing your support and even if you did pop round he wont turn you away.

Wow, Misatok11, not seen you around for ages! I hope life in the RAF is well. I believe one of my friends has recently ended up in the tower at Lossiemouth or kinloss (I cant remember which) recently.

I think you're right. My dad is a typical guy so he wont let his kids see him in pain etc
