No, i dont think Area 51 is used for that, in this day and age anyway. At the moment, yeah i can beleive its used for building aircraft.

But I do think that is what it was used for back when it was first built/made/found/whatever. I've read to many stories and newspaper reports to beleive it was used for anything else.

Aliens scare me and always will. UFO's scare me and always will. BUT, i am facinated by it all! I cant stop myself from reading up about all this stuff.

On a side note and completly off topic note. I love how we can all have different opinions and disagree with each other without causing arguements!
One board I used to go on was full off arguments and people getting banned. So i am SOOOO happy to have found this place and be able to have adult conversations without them turning nasty.
I love you guys!!!! Lol.
You know you're a mum when the thought of food shopping alone becomes exciting.

When you and your significant other are having an argument, just take all of your clothes off during the spat and stand there. Something is bound to happen!! =]

This has turned out pretty interesting! :)

For those who think theres more to area 51 than just aircraft, what do you think is there? Is it possible that as its so well known that it can be used as a diversion from another airfield used for secret aircraft building and other things?
Mind you it is thought that alot of military aircraft testing at area 51 is done at night so you wouldnt even make out the size or shape of an aircraft anyway.

LemonJuice - what is it about aliens and UFO's that scare you?

I definately believe in other life forms. Don't see why people in general find it so crazy that out of the entire universe which we have only managed to explore a spec of dust in size, that there might be other life out there in the perhaps billions of other solar systems out there! It's crazier to think there's not!!! Lol. As for the UFO's I do think some are genuine but one or two I'm sure aren't. Like the crop circles.

Yeah what you say makes sense Shaz26. :) I agree that with the size of the universe its likely that there is some planet with life on it far far away.
