What a tit

Postby Tarantula » Fri May 28, 2010 8:07 am

Oh Holy cow.

Last night I went out to karaoke and got trollied and made a complete tit of myself by hurling insults and crudeness at several members of the male race, one of whom I'm meant to be 'seeing'. Despite this he took me home with him where we proceeded to argue for the first time (I was making little sense due to inebriation; he was sober) and with the gift of hindsight I realise that I was wrong. I just pegged it out of his this morning, trying to preserve some sort of dignity. Hah! Fat chance. I know he's mad at me. Or maybe just re evaluating his choices in women.

I've really done it this time. Somebody tell me that it's normal to make a total bum of yourself when drunk every once in a while, and that we've all done it? Feel free to share embarassing drunken memories to make me feel better? Yeah?

LOL, yes it is normal  I'm sure he just thinks it was funny. But do make the effort to apologise and admit you were wrong. I'm sure it will be fine.

The thread you want is here. It'll make you feel better.

I'd find it relatively off putting, especially if I had just started seeing someone and they acted like that as i'd be cautious that it might be a common thing (and for one of my ex's many years ago, it was common place)

Best thing you can do is apologise and dont do it again.
Remember how the runway lights looked one night long ago when you were lost and found your way, and how-you still dont know?
