Do you and your partner sleep in separate beds?

I'm writing a feature for a weekly women''s magazine and want to interview women who sleep in separate beds from their partner.

This could be because he snores, you work different shift patterns, a health condition, one of you is a light sleeper… or you just prefer your own space and don't like picking you way around discarded socks and underpants!

If you're interested in finding out more, please contact me on karencrossfreelance@me.com, including a photos, your ages, how long you've been together and a brief outline of why you sleep in your own rooms.

Many thanks

CALLING ALL FAMILIES WITH TEENAGE DAUGHTERS

Postby dragonflytv » Tue Jan 18, 2011 12:03 pm

ATTENTION ALL FAMILIES WITH TEENAGE DAUGHTERS

Parents: Is your teenager daughter causing you grief?
Is everything a constant battle? Boyfriends, homework, fashion etc.

Teenagers: Are your parents standing in your way?
Do you struggle to get them to see your point of view?
Is your dad too overprotective?

Dragonfly TV, the makers of ‘The Family’ and ‘One Born Every Minute’ are looking to speak to families with teenagers about the everyday issues they face for a potential new Channel 4 series.

At this point we are happy to chat over the phone in confidence – no filming necessary.

Please get in contact by either calling 02070332267 or emailing maria.banobre@dragonfly.tv

COUPLES NEEDED

Postby RDFTelevision » Wed Feb 09, 2011 11:42 am

Are you and your partner in need of a makeover to give you that much needed boost?

Are you in a relationship that has seen better days?

Do you know an out-of-shape couple who need a transformation to rediscover the spark that made them fall in love all those years ago?

If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a couple who over the years have let themselves go, and deserve a makeover that will restore them back to their former glory. A couple who are desperate for that spark to be replaced in their relationship. Over the years, with maybe work, kids and responsibilities getting in the way, their appearance and relationship has got tired and now needs new life breathing into it.

We are looking for a larger-than-life couple that would be open to having the ultimate makeover done on their relationship and put the fire back into their romance.

This is for a pilot for a potential series, so what we film will never be broadcast on television. Please contact RDF Television on 0207 013 4577 or email harjeet.chhokar@rdftelevision.com for a confidential chat about the project.

Postby laurenlib » Tue Oct 11, 2011 3:20 pm

I'm writing a feature for a national women's magazine about boredom in marriages and looking for women in their 30s - 50s who have been bored in their marriage and found ways to overcome it and be happy together, or women who were bored and ended up splitting with their husband and perhaps now have regrets and wish they'd stuck at it. If this does apply to you and you're willing to be interviewed and send in a photograph, please email me at lauren.libbert@mac.com by 19th October.

Kleptomania

Postby ladybirdkst » Wed Oct 26, 2011 4:08 pm

Hi
My name is Katy and I work for IWC Media. We're an award-winning documentary company based in Glasgow. We make thoughtful, intelligent and popular films for UK network television. Previous films include Terry Pratchett on Alzheimer's, Stephen Fry on Manic Depression (both for BBC 1) Richard Dawkins: The Genius of Charles Darwin and Air Hospital: following medics treating seriously wounded soldiers returning from Afghanistan for Channel 4.

We are currently looking for people to take part in a potential new series which aims to follow a group of people in their treatment of their Kleptomania or Impulse Control Disorder. The focus of the series will be helping people overcome their condition as well as shine a light on this often misunderstood disorder. We genuinely want to help people get on with their lives.

If you or anyone you know if interested, please call me on 0141 353 8495 or write to me via email katy.tallon@iwcmedia.co.uk.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.

Thanks for your time

Kind Regards

Katy

MAJOR DOCUMENTARY SERIES SEEKING YOUNG COUPLES LIVING WITH THEIR PARENTS/INLAWS

TV company Mentorn Media (www.mentorn.tv) are making a feel good TV show about the growing trend of young couples who live with their parents.

*Do you and your other half live with your parents because you're saving to buy a home?

*Does it make sense because of sky high childcare costs?

*Maybe you feel it just makes for a better family environment?

*Or a cultural tradition that you're happy to embrace?

*Or maybe you don't have anywhere else to go?

Either way, Alex or Eli from Mentorn are curious to hear about your reasons. If you and your long term partner are under 28 and would like to put yourself forward for the programme or would like some more information please contact couples@mentorn.tv or call 0207 258 6805. Thanks!

Sundog Pictures is making a new prime-time documentary for a national television channel. We are looking for a mixture of people with a spectrum of unusual behaviours that may be impacting on their family or work life.

Does your husband/wife/partner have a bizarre habit or ritual that is causing problems in your relationship? Maybe they’re obsessed with hygiene? Or a weird night-time routine? Or is intense jealousy or paranoia driving you apart?

If you are interested in learning more about our programme, please call us on 020 7602 8163 or email me on kate@sundogpictures.co.uk

At Sundog Pictures, we are dedicated to telling interesting subjects with integrity and visual flair and we have a great track record of quality factual programmes on Channel 4, BBC and National Geographic. The programme will have an open-minded approach and all conversation with the team will be treated in strict confidence with no obligation.

Thank you!
